Background: Most Pancreatic solid pseudopapillary tumors are asymptomatic and incidentally found by imaging. In some cases, patients may present with nonspecific symptoms, including abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, or pain. Many of these lesions, located frequently in the body tail pancreas, require resection.
