چکیده
Background: Most Pancreatic solid pseudopapillary tumors are asymptomatic and incidentally found by imaging. In some cases, patients may present with nonspecific symptoms, including abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, or pain. Many of these lesions, located frequently in the body tail pancreas, require resection. Aim: My aim is to a case young female patient underwent laparoscopic subtotal pancreatectomy splenectomy for pancreatic tumor body, describing technique along post-operative course. Methods Results: A using five ports surgical staplers transaction vascular control. Specimen was retrieved through small Fanestiel incision. The had smooth postoperative came as pseudotumor tumor. Conclusion: Laparoscopic approach feasible safe

Role of Laparoscopic Distal Pancreatectomy for Solid Pseudopapillary Tumor
BACKGROUND Since the first case report regarding laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy (DP) for solid pseudopapillary tumor (SPT), few additional articles have been published. The objective of this study was to evaluate the feasibility, safety, and long-term outcome of the laparoscopic DP based on a series of adult SPT patients. METHODS In a single-center study, we screened all adult patients un...
متن کاملAn unusual presentation of a solid pseudopapillary pancreatic tumor
Solid pseudopapillary pancreatic tumor (SPPT) is a rare tumor that constitutes 1-2% of all pancreatic tumors and most of the patients are young females. SPPT has low malignancy potential and radical resection is associated with good results and a high survival rate, even in cases with large tumors: the 5-year survival rate is estimated as 95%. This paper describes an unusual presentation of an ...
متن کاملA solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas treated with laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy and splenectomy: a case report and review of the literature
INTRODUCTION Laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy has been described for more than a decade now and has been considered technically feasible, safe, and with reproducible outcomes. It seems to exhibit several benefits of minimally invasive surgery and should be performed in carefully selected patients. CASE PRESENTATION We report the case of a 55-year-old Greek woman with a solid pseudopapillary...
متن کاملlaparoscopic splenic-preserving distal pancreatectomy for management of pancreatic body lesion with splenic vessels involvement: a case report
abstract distal pancreatectomy has been a standard technique for pancreatic body and tail lesions for years ago. recently, it is being performed laparoscopically in a perfect manner. there are two common methods for this procedure. one is distal pancreatectomy with splenectomy and the other is distal pancreatectomy with spleen preservation. in patients with splenic vessels involvement, it is no...
متن کاملLaparoscopic central pancreatectomy for solid pseudopapillary tumors of the pancreas: our experience with ten cases
BACKGROUND Solid pseudopapillary tumors (SPTs) of the pancreas are a rare neoplasm. There are few reports of laparoscopic central pancreatectomies (LCPs) for SPT of the pancreas. The objective of this study was to evaluate the feasibility, safety and long-term outcome of LCP based on a series of SPT patients. METHODS This retrospective study included ten patients who underwent LCP between 200...
